The Village of Orland Park's Natural Resources & Facilities (NRF) Division seeks an enthusiastic, team oriented and experienced maintenance professional to join our team as a full-time Maintenance Worker I. The successful candidate for this position will join the hardworking members of the Forestry Crew.
 
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for performing varied skilled and semi-skilled duties at Village-owned properties, including but not limited to forestry, landscaping, horticulture and park/playground maintenance.
 
ISA Certified Arborist, Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) and/or Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certifications are preferred. A Class “A” Commercial Driver’s License with air brake, trailer and tanker endorsements is required within 6 months. CDL training is provided in-house.
