Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited university with a major in Recreation Administration or closely related field is preferred. Qualified candidate must have experience in planning, budgeting and scheduling recreation programs. Must be able to work an unconventional work week. Must be creative and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties:

Responsible for the planning, annual budget and program development of recreation programs. Ability to communicate effectively with other departments and recreation staff. Other duties as assigned.

Closing Date: May 31st 2022

Salary: $18 – $21 per hour plus IMRF pension benefits.

Approximately 25 – 29 hours per week. Flexible work schedule. Opportunity to become a fulltime position.
