About the Role
As a Grounds and Building Maintenance Worker, you'll help care for the golf course, clubhouse, and surrounding grounds in every season. From prepping the course before the first tee time to supporting tournaments and winter snow removal, no two days look exactly the same. This role requires one to three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Landscaping, grounds work, or general labor all count.
Responsibilities at a Glance
- Care for course grounds using mowers, utility vehicles, and hand-operated equipment
- Prep the course for daily play by changing cups, setting tee markers, and maintaining bunkers
- Handle clubhouse upkeep, custodial work, and light building repairs
- Help with setup and teardown for tournaments and special events
- Support snow removal and winter grounds work
- Service golf course equipment during the offseason
- Deliver friendly, helpful service to everyone who visits
