To work in various aspects of information technology providing hardware/software technical support to end-users in a timely manner.
• Provide input to knowledge base and training sessions/documents for staff. • Provide professional technical support to end users throughout the District. • Install and support client workstations. • Install and support proprietary software applications. • Assist System Administrator to install and support network peripheral equipment. • Complete IT work order incident tickets in a timely manner. • Work independently and as a team member to resolve issues and provide cost effective solutions to the District.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Information technology certifications desirable.
