Calendar/Work Days: Tuesday- Saturday, 6:00am- 2:30pm

Reports to: Site Manager /Director of Operations

Pay Rate: Up to $23.92/hour - Overtime available

Job Summary:

Works collegially to provide a secure, attractive, clean, healthy and safe outdoor environment for school related functions and all occupants of the building. See attached job description.

QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE - KNOWLEDGE:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to read and understand technical direction, procedures, safety manuals, etc.

Ability to communicate in English (speak/read/write

Ability to operate and use materials and equipment in a safe manner

Valid driver's license required.

Ability to set work priorities, multi-task and work independently, and use time management and organization strategies well.

Presents a professional image and interacts professionally with faculty, staff, students and community
