Position Summary:
Palatine Park District is seeking a dynamic, creative, and experienced Manager to lead our Cultural Arts programming. In this role, you will oversee and contribute to the planning, organization, and supervision of cultural arts programs, including managing the Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center and Fred P. Hall Amphitheater. Our goal is to cultivate a vibrant arts environment and expand our offerings through our exceptional facilities, fostering a community "school" of creativity. This position will provide leadership to the Cultural Arts Coordinator and Theater Facility Coordinator, ensuring excellence in programming and operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in performing arts, recreation, facility management or related field with equivalent experience preferred
- Four (4) years of experience in coordinating cultural arts program or facilities
- Previous staff supervision preferred
- Attain (within six (6) months of employment) and maintain valid Adult & Child CPR/AED certification

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$78,000, dependent on qualifications.
